Repent and believe
Turn from sin and self-rule. Trust Jesus Christ and follow Him.
FIRST STEPS
Follow Jesus.
These are not boxes to earn salvation. Scripture teaches that salvation is by grace through faith, and that those who follow Jesus are then called to a life of repentance, baptism, obedience, fellowship and mission.
Be baptised
Take baptism seriously as the public response of a disciple to Jesus.
Read Scripture
Learn Jesus' words and the whole counsel of God, not just inspirational fragments.
Pray
Speak honestly with God, ask for help, give thanks, and pray for others.
Walk with believers
Share life, teaching, prayer, meals, generosity and mutual care.
Obey Jesus
Do not stop at information. Put His teaching into practice.
Share what you have received
Tell others the good news and help them learn to follow Jesus too.
